The General Customization page holds the branding elements shared by every email PCI Booking sends on your behalf - the Card By Link email, user invitations, password resets, and the other email templates. Set these once, and every template uses them. To access it, log in to the PCI Booking portal and navigate to GUI Settings > Customization > General Customization.

General Information

Some API requests (for example Card By Link) accept their own logo and support contact parameters. Values provided in a request override the settings on this page for that message only.

Email Sender

Choose which address your emails are sent from:
  • PCI Booking email service - emails are sent from PCI Booking’s domain. Set the Email sender display name that recipients see as the sender.
  • Use your email domain - emails are sent from your own domain (white-label). Enter the ‘From’ email address (for example reservations@yourbrand.com) and click Test your email domain to verify the configuration.
Sending from your own domain requires a one-time DNS setup (SPF authorization) before the test will pass. Follow the instructions in White-Label Email. If the domain is not configured correctly, emails fall back to the PCI Booking domain automatically.

Button Settings

Controls the appearance of the action button in your emails (for example the “Continue to credit card data request page” button in a Card By Link email):

Texts

These texts appear in every email, below the template-specific message body. Select the Email language first - all settings on this page are stored per language, so repeat the configuration for each language you send in. Click Save to apply your changes, or Restore to default to discard all customizations for the selected language.
