PCI Booking allows you to verify that the contact details (email address and phone number) you have on file for a property are valid and reachable.
There are two common use cases for this feature:
- Validating newly submitted details — When a property submits their contact details directly (for example, via a self-service portal), you can trigger a verification to confirm the details are correct before storing them.
- Periodic re-verification — Contact details can become outdated without notice. By periodically re-verifying stored details, you can proactively detect stale information and prompt the property to update their records.
The following methods are available for Contact Details Verification:
- Create a Verification — Send a verification message to the specified email address and/or phone number.
- Get Verification Status — Retrieve the current status of a verification request.
- Get Verification Results — Retrieve the outcome of a completed verification.
- Receive Result Notification — Receive an unsolicited callback when a verification session completes.
