The outbound methods in PCI shield are designed to support your needs whenever there is a scenario where you send card details to a third party - either by the third party pulling them from your API or by you pushing those details to the third party.
By utilizing the PCI Shield's outbound API methods, you ensure that, after you have tokenized a card with PCI Booking, you can still relay it to other third parties. Even if they are not working with PCI Booking.
