Set up and Manage Your Hotels

Customers working with hotels can utilize the PCI Booking system to allow hotels easy and secure access to display sensitive information, such as card details, without handling or storing the data themselves. This helps take both the hotel and the customer out of PCI scope.

If your organization does not have a secure portal where hotels can view this information, you may consider using our Fully Branded Display Form.

• The Fully Branded Display Form enables hotels to securely access card details without the need for integration or direct access to sensitive data.
• You can find out more about adding, authenticating and managing hotels within the Fully Branded Portal service in PCI Booking.

If your organization already has a secure portal where hotels can log in to and view information, you will not need to manage these hotels in PCI Booking and you can integrate the Card Display Form directly into your portal.
